I have installed 9.10 beta when it came out and I don't have too much trouble with it too far.  Apart for the fact that some software are half or not translated yet (in French).

Laptop fan runs constantly under Ubuntu 9.10, 10.04 (Fixed)

I had a noisy problem with Ubuntu on my Toshiba laptop: the fan, once started, never stopped until I shutdown the computer.

You will find here a repackaged .deb archive that includes the missing shared libraries and simlinks necessary for MainActor 5.5 to work on Ubuntu 8.04, 8.10, 9.04 and 9.10 (32/64 bits).
