Ruby to become an international standard

There is some discussions about the Ruby language becoming an ISO standard.  That will help to standardize the different Ruby implementations (like Ruby, JRuby, IronRuby, etc.) 

I think it is an important milestone for Ruby: it demonstrates the maturity of the language.  Ruby's standardization will also foster a broader adoption in the corporate world.
