About
About Symbiosoft.net
Symbiosoft comes from the contraction of two words: Symbiosis and Software. That reflects my views about software development tools:
The software development tools should adapt to the developer and not the contrary.
I think the best (and only) way to achieve that is by producing Open Source Software and, improving it iteratively using the inputs and comments from my peers.
About me
This site is maintained by me, Etienne Savard. I'm a software engineer leaving near Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I like to spent my free time (free as in free speech) with my two wonderful daughters and my wife when I'm not toying with Open Source projects (my own or other's).
How to help
The best way to improve the tools you find here is to leave a comment in the forum section. Suggestion, feature request, (constructive) criticism and bug reports are particularly welcomed.
If you find some of my tools useful, please click some ads (under the Support This Site sections) or you could even donate some dollars (using the small button on the project page). That will help me to pay my hosting provider, maybe even buy me some beer (as in free beer) and, last but not least, it's a nice way to say "Thank You"!
Thanks for your visit!
Etienne Savard.
